FY 25-26 Area 6 Slurry Seal

Status: In Construction

The Slurry Seal process provides ongoing preservation treatment to asphalt paved roadways throughout the City of Walnut. The City’s Pavement Management Program identifies streets that are good candidates for slurry seal treatment. This low-cost treatment consists of a mixture of liquid asphalt and sand, and is effective is sealing small cracks in the pavement and slowing down the deterioration of your streets. A map of Area 6 is provided below to show the streets that are scheduled to be slurried.
