La Puente Road Rehabilitation

The City of Walnut will begin construction on La Puente Road from the westerly city limits to Lemon Avenue and will consist of the rehabilitation of 0.90 miles of the existing pavement surface. The La Puente Road Rehabilitation Project will begin June 1 2026. Work is anticipated to be completed at the end of the month. This project will include the removal and replacement of damaged sidewalk, curb and gutter, signing and striping, and upgrades of curb ramps to comply with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
