Citywide Concrete Repair Work/ Walnut Ranch Park

The FY 2025-2026 Concrete Repair Project will consist of the removal and replacement of broken or damaged concrete improvements at various locations throughout the City. Improvements include sidewalk, curb, gutter, driveway apron, curb ramp, and miscellaneous concrete repairs intended to improve pedestrian safety, accessibility, and overall infrastructure conditions. The locations included are primarily located within the residential area in the northeast portion of Walnut surrounding Mountaineer Road. There are also other repair locations outside of this area that have been included in the project, including City-owned facilities at Walnut Ranch Park—these upgrades include the removal and reconstruction of stairways between the soccer fields and trail pathways for the westerly soccer fields area, as well as the addition of a concrete stairway and associated sidewalk reconstruction adjacent to the pickleball court area.
