Camp Crawdad
Children ages 6 to 12 are invited to spend the morning at the park. There will be tons of activities which include arts and crafts, sports and much more. Crawdad is divided into two 5 week sessions. There is a $120 participation fee per child per session, a $10 discount will be applied for each additional child in the same immediate family. Each participant will receive one camp T-shirt for the summer. Additional camp T-shirts will be available for purchase pending availability. There will be no camp on Fridays, holidays, or rainy days.
Camp Movin’ & Groovin’
Keep their bodies and minds moving all summer long! Camp Movin’ n’ Groovin’ takes excitement along with fun-filled enrichment experiences to create a totally awesome summer! Each week find something new with a variety of specialized themed activities and one excursion weekly. This full day program is divided into two components: Moving All Day and In the Groove. Drop off and pick up will take place at the Walnut Teen Center. Camp is appropriate for youth and teens ages 7 to 14.
Movin' All Day is designed for parents who need all day childcare. It is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Campers will play indoor games, watch movies, and do weekly themed crafts between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 pm. Between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 p.m. activities will focus on group interaction and provide wholesome environment while encouraging each camper to have fun.
In the Groove is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Activities will focus on group interaction and provide a wholesome environment while encouraging each camper to have fun.
Resident registration begins April 20, 2026.
Non-Resident registration begins April 27, 2026.
All camp registration must be done in person at the Walnut Gymnasium. Proof of residency is required.
