Key Regulations

Where to Ride: Use is restricted to paved pathways and multi-use trails. Riding on grass, athletic fields, or sports courts is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Vehicles: High-powered electric dirt bikes and electric motorcycles are now banned from all public property.

Safety & Passengers: Riders must yield to pedestrians and horses. To carry a passenger, the operator must be at least 18 (or 16 with a license) and use a permanent seat.

The City is enforcing a three-strike fine system for violations:

Failure to comply may also result in the impoundment of the device. Residents are urged to check their vehicle class before riding on City trails.
