The 10 member Youth Advisory Commission plans events and recommends policy to the City Council regarding the City's teens. The Commission meets on the second Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m.

The Walnut City Council consists of five elected council members selected by the residents of Walnut. City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m.

New Electric Bike & Motorized Scooter Regulations

The City of Walnut has adopted a new ordinance to regulate electric bicycles, motorized bicycles, and motorized scooters.
This new measure balances public safety with the continued responsible use of these vehicles throughout our community.
